The Fall 2026 meeting will take place in New York, NY, commencing the afternoon of October 6th and concluding October 8th

October 6 (Times Approximate)

  • 1:30 – 4:00 Board meeting
  • 2:00 – 5:30 Financial Responsibility Filings Taskforce and OLV Workgroup meetings (meeting link will be provided to each of these groups)

October 7

For planning purposes, the negotiated room rate is $319.00 per night plus taxes and fees (currently 14.75%, and a $2.00 per night Occupancy tax and a $1.50 Javits convention center fee). This room rate is available for both 3-days prior to and after the meeting, based on availability.  There are three New York City airports that can be used.  These include

  • John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
  • LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
  • Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
