Spring 2026 – Clearwater Beach, FL
The Spring 2026 meeting will take place in Clearwater Beach, FL commencing the afternoon of April 28th and concluding at approximately noon on May 1st. Registration and additional information will be sent to IICMVA members and known jurisdictional motor vehicle administrator representatives.

- 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch available for all attendees

For planning purposes, the negotiated room rate is $289.00 per night plus taxes (currently 13%). The $35 resort fee will be waived for the dates of April 28 – May 1. This room rate is available for both 3-days prior to and after the meeting, depending on availability. The Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 20 miles from the hotel, and the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is approximately 12 miles from the hotel. Both airports offer taxi and rideshare (Uber/Lyft).
