The Spring 2026 meeting will take place in Clearwater Beach, FL, commencing the afternoon of April 29th and concluding at approximately noon on May 1st. 

A high-level agenda includes:

 April 29 (Times Approximate)

  • 1:30 – 4:00 Board meeting
  • 2:00 – 5:30 Financial Responsibility Filings Taskforce and OLV Workgroup meetings (meeting link will be provided to each of these groups)

April 30

  • 7:30 – 8:30 Breakfast available for all attendees
  • 8:30 – 12:00 IICMVA Business Meeting (voting members only)
  • 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch available for all attendees
  • 1:00 – 5:00 Full Membership and Guests meeting
  • 6:00 – 8:00 Evening reception sponsored by LexisNexis

For planning purposes, the negotiated room rate is $289.00 per night plus taxes (currently 13%). The $35.00 daily resort fee will be waived for the nights of April 28th, 29th, and 30th. This room rate is available for both 3 days prior to and after the meeting, based on availability.  The Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 20 miles from the hotel. The St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is approximately 12 miles from the hotel.
